One of our favourite producers Jamie XX turns his hand to the legend Gil Scott-Heron's 'New York Is Killing Me', taken from his first album in 13 years. Haunting.
In February 2010, Gil Scott-Heron released "I'm New Here", his first album in thirteen years. In August 2009, as a member and producer of The xx, Jamie xx released his debut album "xx".
The album "We're New Here" sees Jamie xx remixing thirteen tracks from the original "I'm New Here" album sessions.
